Briggs is the sweetest cat that has been through a lot. He's had dental work done and his tail amputated. As you can see, he has been in so much pain. Even through all this, he has been a total love bug. He loves everybody. He is in foster care, so please feel out an application to visit him.
Briggs is altered, feline leukemia/FIV/HW negative, microchipped and vaccinations are current. He is not declawed.
